2. 7-Axis CNC Sculpting: Absolute Geometric Accuracy
Our state-of-the-art 7-axis robotic technology achieves a precision tolerance of ±0.1 mm. This advanced kinematic capability allows for complex undercuts and negative angles that are impossible to achieve with traditional methods. The result is a true monolith—a seamless
sculpture carved from a single block, free of joints or structural adhesives.
3. Structural Weight Reduction: The “Double-Skin” Architecture
Engineered specifically for the maritime industry, our bathtubs undergo a 40-60% weight reduction process. Using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software, the robot hollows out non-structural internal volumes to create a “double-skin” wall. This delivers the imposing aesthetic of solid marble while maintaining a weight profile optimized for superyachts and luxury penthouses.
4. Carbon-Fiber Reinforcement: Composite Fortification
To guarantee maximum tensile strength at minimal wall thickness, we integrate Carbon-Fiber or Kevlar mesh into critical stress zones and installation channels.
